Student Organization Gatherings
All student organizations must follow Bradley’s Expectations and Guidelines for all gatherings/meetings/events that are on campus, adjacent to campus and off of campus (including fraternity and sorority houses, affinity houses and more). While meeting online is still preferred, you may host an in-person indoor or outdoor event for your student organization at this time. Instructions on how to organize such an event are available here; following these instructions is required for in-person events.
Please note, any external special guests for an event should participate virtually. If in-person attendance is necessary, the host must complete the Invited External Guest Form at least 72 hours in advance of the event for approval.

Food at Gatherings
For events requiring food, you must use Bradley’s Dining Services. No external vendors will be permitted, unless Dining Services provides an exemption. Additionally, cookouts and potluck style events are not allowed.
All food distributed at student gatherings should be individually packaged, such as boxed meals, individual take out containers, individually wrapped snacks, bagged snack items and etc. Items with a communal source, such as pizza, trays of food, family-size chip bags, trays of cookies, cheese platters and etc. are not permitted.
Food should not be sold or given away unless it is provided by Dining Services.
Individual Student Gatherings
For gatherings that aren't organized by a student organization, please remember to cross-reference your plans with Bradley’s Guest/Visitor Policy before meeting up with anyone.
