Since 2007, the Peoria NEXT Innovation Center has been a business incubator for startups looking to make their mark on the world. We are designed to meet the needs of expanding businesses and offer private office spaces, large office spaces (550 sq. ft.), and wet labs. Peoria NEXT also offers Affiliate Memberships for companies that need a mailbox and internet access, but are not currently in need of a private office. Our collaborative environment allows you to share knowledge and resources with fellow researchers, inventors, and entrepreneurs looking to transform new technologies and innovations into thriving enterprises. We ask all potential tenants to complete a tenancy application, which can be requested by using the contact information below.
We also offer various sizes of conference rooms for rent to companies in the community. The capacity of the rooms range from 6 people to 50 people.
