Bradley spent the 2016-2017 academic year developing the 2017-2022 Strategic Plan. The process was transparent and inclusive as input was gathered through meetings with campus constituencies, including department chairs, faculty, staff, trustees, students, alumni, employer advisory boards and others. A campus-wide survey was also administered and there was an opportunity to provide feedback through an Idea Wall during the Spring 2017 semester. This work resulted in the development of a mission and vision statements, core values, and four goals and supporting objectives to be included in the plan. Documents compiled through this process are available under the Project Work Plan section of this website.
The plan was drafted over the summer and input and feedback were solicited and incorporated during the beginning of the Fall 2017 semester. The plan was approved by University Senate on October 19, 2017. The plan was approved by the Board of Trustees on October 27, 2017. The next phase of the plan is to develop an implementation plan, which will identify specific actions and accountable parties for the objectives within the plan. Community involvement will continue throughout this process during the 2017-2018 academic year. Updates on this process will continue to be shared under the Project Work Plan section of this page.
Thank you all for your continued participation and thoughtful feedback throughout this process.
