Students will reside at the AVA Toluca Hills Apartments, right across the street from where classes are held and administrative offices are located. The apartment complex is close to Burbank, Universal Studio City and Hollywood.
Four students share a two bedroom/two bath apartment, with two students in each bedroom. Mixed gender apartments are allowed if all prospective residents for a two bedroom apartment request to live together.
Each apartment has central heat, air conditioning and comes with the following:
- Four twin size beds with linens
- One dresser and one night stand in each bedroom
- Large closets
- Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal
- Common room with table and four chairs, couch, love seat and desk
- Living room TV, TV in each bedroom, DVD player, cordless phone (local calls only) and answering machine
- Wireless internet access
- Washer and dryer on site operated with card that will be provided to each apartment

Churchill Living is our property management company. Churchill Living provides kitchen, bath and bedroom essentials for each apartment and they are who to contact with any questions or concerns during your stay at AVA Toluca Hills.

The AVA Toluca Hills complex has two clubhouses, which contain a lounge area with Wi-fi, comfortable seating, game table, TV’s and private study booths. Other amenities include:

- Two fitness centers and outdoor yoga deck
- Gas barbecue grills
- Lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts
- Convenience store
