Valerie Vogt Pape

Biography

Valerie has over 20 years of business experience, primarily at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Kemper Insurance Companies. She has extensive corporate training experience in management and professional development, as well as experience in human resource management, strategic planning, and marketing. She holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

Teaching

Valerie has taught in the graduate and undergraduate program focusing on general management, leadership skills, human resources, and risk management. She is a member of the Study Abroad faculty and has taught in Vienna, Austria. Valerie holds a number of assessment certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership, EQi/EQ 360 from MHS Emotional Intelligence, and a personality assessment from PerSight. She serves as an executive coach.
