Biography

Dr. Tripathi has over thirteen years of combined professional experience as an occupational therapist and educator across two countries in clinical as well as academic settings. She earned her post-professional doctorate from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2017.

Teaching

Dr. Tripathi teaches post-professional doctorate level courses in the occupational therapy department. She has experience teaching research, clinical inquiry, and evidence-based practice courses at the entry-level as well as post-professional level and enjoys collaborating with students to develop, execute, and publish research studies.

Scholarship

Dr. Tripathi’s holds special interest in research related to the Kawa model, occupational therapy education, and geriatric rehabilitation. Dr. Tripathi has published manuscripts on topics relevant to the Kawa model, mental health, and geriatrics. She has conducted presentations, lectures, and workshops at numerous universities and professional conferences across the country on the Kawa model and has co-authored a chapter on this theoretical model in an occupational therapy textbook as well.
