Biography

Kathleen Koors, PT, MPT, GCS is a licensed PT in the state of Illinois and an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Kinesiology and Health Science with a focus on the KHS program and undergraduate success. She is a Peoria native and proud Bradley alumni who also works in the inpatient and acute rehab settings at OSF in the level one trauma center. She resides in the Peoria area with her husband, two children and very large puppy. Katie is a board-certified geriatric specialist with the APTA, an advisor for Bradley’s Health Science Organization, a campus Greek organization and works to train service dogs with Paws Giving Independence, a local partner of Wags for Mags along with numerous other community organizations. She doesn’t have free time, but if she finds some you’ll find her reading, kayaking with kids or paddle boarding at the lake!
