Readmit Application

Students who have previously been admitted to a Bradley undergraduate degree program and have attended classes at Bradley should complete this simplified application for readmission. Graduate students who have been out for three or more terms and/or do not have an approved leave of absence must submit a readmission application.

• Undergraduate students: Complete the Application for Readmission (online).
• Graduate students: Complete the Application for Readmission (online).
• If you have course work at another institution since attending Bradley University, please request that an official transcript be sent directly to the Office of Admission as soon as it is available. The readmission process might be delayed if transcripts are not received.
• Any outstanding fines, fees, or other holds must be satisfied before your application will be considered.
