Biography

Chip Joyce is a Graphic Design Specialist in Bradley University’s Office of Marketing and Communications. He holds a BS in Theatre/Cinema Studies (English minor) from Illinois State University as well as a second Bachelors in Art/Graphic Design (Social Media Marketing minor) from Bradley University. While a student at Bradley, he was awarded the Department of Art and Design’s “Outstanding Printmaking Student” for the 2018-2019 academic year. Prior to his return to campus as part of the OMC staff, he worked as a graphic designer and marketing/communications assistant for the Peoria Symphony Orchestra and LifeLine Pilots, and as resident designer and freelance writer for Peoria Magazines. He has also lent his time and talents to several other causes.

Outside of Bradley, he is perhaps better known for directing and performing in over 100 theatrical productions and as host/emcee for many live events. He has served on the Board of Directors for Keep Peoria Beautiful as well as Corn Stock Theatre and given lectures on film and theatre for Bradley University's OLLI program. He lives in north Peoria with wife Jennifer and their team of cats.
