Online Viewing and Payment
Online Bill Payment
Students will access their bill at MyBradley.bradley.edu.
Distance education students will access their bill at MyOnline.bradley.edu.
Third Party Access:
The student must give third parties, such as parent(s), access before they can view or pay bills online. This is done by the student completing the following process.
- Go to MyBradley.bradley.edu to set up access.
- Once you have logged in to MyBradley, click on the Financial Services option and then go to Current Balances
- Click on Make Payment and then login to your account
- Choose the option “Do you want help paying?” and click “Send a payer invitation”
- Fill in the name(s) and email addresses for those that you want to have access
- Next, select the permissions you would like to give that third party.
- Click “Send invitation”
- If you need to invite additional people, you will need to do this by going into My Account and go to the Payers section.
Student - To view and pay bills:
- Log into MyBradley to view your bill and make payment.
- Once you have logged in to MyBradley, click on the Financial Services option and then go to Current Balances
- Click on Make Payment and then login to your account
- Once you login to your account, you will see in the overview that there is a list of each term that has a balance.
- You have the opportunity to set up a payment plan, if available, or can make a payment toward the balance(s) by selecting the appropriate choice. Simply follow the steps on the site.
- If you choose to pay by credit card the 2.75% service fee will be disclosed. You will have the opportunity to accept the fee or opt out of the transaction.
- If you choose to pay by ACH there is a service charge of $.50 that will be disclosed. You will have the opportunity to accept the fee or opt out of the transaction.
- Allow a minimum of two business days for your payment to show on your account.
Bills with no balance due: :If you have a credit for the term, click on “Indicate Refund Preference” and continue through the steps to start the process to receive your refund. Or, if you have a bill with a zero balance, follow the instructions online to claim your classes.
Parents - To view and pay bills:
- If your student has not set up a login name and password for you, refer your student to the information about giving permissions to third parties.
- Once your login name and password are set up, go to https://commerce.cashnet.com/BRADLEYpay Enter the login information that you received after your student granted you access.
- In the overview, there will be a list of each term that has a balance. You have the opportunity to set up a payment plan or can make a payment toward the balance(s) by selecting the appropriate choice. Simply follow the steps on the site.

- Parents and other third parties will need to click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions.
- If you have questions, or made schedule changes, or financial assistance has changed since the statement date listed for that term, contact the Office of the Bursar at 309-677-3120.
- Reminders and information about bills and online payments will be sent to the student’s Bradley e-mail address.
