This genre has been influenced by the technological limitations of its roots, and also by numerous crossovers from popular music, electronic music, film soundtracks, and anime. We will take time to appreciate some of the most significant technological and artistic accomplishments while understanding the reasoning behind it towards creating better user experiences.

The Bradley Core Curriculum exposes all students to the requisite range of knowledge, skills and perspectives that prepares them for further learning and guides them on the path of continued growth to facilitate their success and fulfillment in a changing, complex world. In essence, the Bradley Core Curriculum lays the foundation for a lifetime of intellectual development.
More specifically, the Bradley Core Curriculum advances Lydia Moss Bradley’s intent that the university “furnish its students with the means of living an independent, industrious and useful life,” by equipping them with a common set of attributes, understandings and tools to:

The Bradley Core Curriculum is grounded in a set of fundamental perspectives, Core Values, that lie at the heart of the university's scholarly enterprise.
Bradley’s music program provides you opportunities to pursue music-centered careers in business, education, composition or performance.
You can train for career onstage as a performer, in the classroom mentoring young musicians and behind the mixing board in a recording studio through the music department, which is part of the Slane College of Communication and Fine Arts. A general music degree gives you a music foundation for lifelong enjoyment and performance. You also can pursue degrees in music business, composition, education, music and entertainment industry and performance. Additionally, you can combine music with a second major of your choice. As a member of the music department, you can travel nationally or internationally with six smaller ensembles, five bands, three choirs or the orchestra. Performance scholarships are available if you participate in the ensembles. Additionally, you can major in music even if you have other career interests.
Bradley’s music degrees successfully prepare you to enter the workforce or attend graduate school. Most recent graduates found jobs or continued their education within six months of graduation. They’re working for organizations such as Walt Disney Company, Florentine Opera Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Yamaha. Music education majors are employed by school districts across the country.
