The Bradley Advantage

Bradley’s pre-pharmacy program gives you a foundation in chemistry, biology, physics, math and social sciences that is valuable for pharmaceutical or research careers. The program prepares you to pursue a pharmaceutical career through a Doctor of Pharmacy or a research career through a traditional doctorate. You can customize the program to meet your professional needs as you work with your faculty advisor, and you can receive additional guidance from Bradley's Health Professions Advising Center. As a chemistry major, you're exposed to research in the classroom and you can continue projects through small research teams that work with faculty. In addition, you can earn a general degree in chemistry, a chemistry high school education degree, a concentration in chemistry-business or a concentration in chemistry-pre-med. You also can earn a graduate chemistry degree through Bradley.

Successful Outcomes

Bradley's pre-pharmacy program successfully prepares you to continue your education. In recent years, almost all students interested in Doctor of Pharmacy programs were admitted to schools of their choice. All students who pursued traditional doctorates have received fellowships to continue their education. They're attending graduate schools such as Midwestern University, Rosalind Franklin University and the University of Iowa.
