As a student in Bradley’s electrical engineering robotics and controls option, you learn by doing. Many of your courses include lab time to design projects as you progress through the course sequence. In addition to foundational engineering principles coursework, you take a set of courses focused on robotics and controls. You also tailor the degree to your interests through a portion of the program set aside for electives in other engineering niches or academic fields. Your experience is capped by a yearlong senior project in which you may collaborate with business students.

Bradley’s electrical engineering program with a robotics and controls option successfully prepares you to enter the workforce or continue your education. In recent years, almost all electrical engineering students found jobs or enrolled in graduate school within six months of graduation. They’re working at places such as Aurora Flight Sciences, Caterpillar Inc., Hexagon AutonomouStuff and John Deere. Others are attending graduate school at Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon and the University of Iowa.
