Once your photo is approved we will print your id and have it ready for pick up either at the Service Desk or at Orientation if you are a new student.

If you do not receive a welcome email, to submit your photo, please send an email to idphoto@fsmail.bradley.edu to request a welcome email be sent to you..

Submit your photo at least 2 weeks before you plan to pick it up.

Online Only Students

Our photo submission processes are changing!

All students are required to provide the University with a photo. If you have not already done so, please review the photo requirements. After your enrollment is completed your information will load into the ID Photo System. You will receive a welcome email with a link to submit your photo. You must also attach a photo of your Driver’s License. This will replace the notary form you previously mailed in. We will charge your tuition account the $15 fee to process and mail your ID(s) when we have both an approved photo and a copy of your Driver’s License.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when we have mailed your ID(s). Your ID(s) are mailed USPS by registered mail and requires a signature for delivery.

Local students or those students coming to campus have the option of picking their ID card up which eliminates the fee for postage and handling. Please allow 2 weeks to process and mail or pick up your ID(s).
