Revenue Cycle Management Certificate Program

For healthcare providers, ensuring financial viability is the responsibility of the individuals and teams working in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

That work has become increasingly complicated over the past decade and it gets more complex every day. Now more than ever, it is critically important that RCM professionals have the skills and abilities necessary to navigate the challenges of the complex RCM environment.

The Revenue Cycle Management Certificate Program is designed with ROI in mind. Each Module explores the revenue cycle from a unique perspective, and provides a framework for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

During the program, participants will use this framework to identify a challenge or opportunity within their own organization, which will become the focus of their Organizational Impact Project. Using the skills and abilities from the RCMCP, they will perform an analysis and make recommendations for improvement.

The Organizational Impact Project Presentations offer an actionable opportunity for stakeholders and sponsors to realize a return on their investment.
