Preparing Illinois Businesses for Southeast Asia's Expanded Role in the Global Economy

The Illinois Small Business Development Center's International Trade Center (ITC) at Bradley has been awarded a U.S. Department of Education Business and International Education Program grant for our Southeast Asia (SEA) Change project to assist companies with increasing exports to SEA. As part of this effort, the ITC has brought together trade specialists, subject matter experts and consultants from around the country and across Asia to present a webinar series on this dynamic region. This no-cost webinar will examine how the distinct cultures, businesses and regulatory environments of SEA offer enormous potential for Illinois companies.

This workshop is for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to learn all the components of how to start a successful business in Illinois. Participants will get a realistic view of the requirements and the resources available to support new ventures. While attending this two-hour workshop, at no cost, you will learn how to get your business name registered, where to obtain a tax ID number, which legal form to choose, business planning, taxes, financing options and much more! The Illinois Small Business Development Center at Bradley has partnered with Grow with Google to provide this no-cost training opportunity.
