The Office of Campus Culture and Climate plays an important role in that mission. We develop and promote campus-wide initiatives, so every student, faculty member, or staff member feels truly welcomed, respected, and valued.
Through comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) workshops and education, data-driven initiatives, and community engagement, we’re working together to strengthen our campus culture, so Bradley isn’t just a place of learning, it’s a welcoming and inclusive campus for all.
