That will require hiring a tower crew to replace the antenna, waveguide that carries the signal up the tower and replacing the transmitter. This will be about $1.6M project. BEC and Faculty Development Classroom A prototype of the new high-tech classrooms featured in the Business Engineering Complex was built in Morgan Hall to provide a space for experimenting with new pedagogies and technology in advance of the BEC being opened. This space allows faculty members to teach in an active learning style with advanced audio visual technology and try active teaching strategies with their classes and provides a space for workshops to be held to share teaching strategies. This space also allowed the opportunity to prototype this room design prior to plans being finalized for the BEC. 10/10/2018
