Program Details

Time Frame: 16-months

One of the shortest in the education industry, our 16-month program is designed without a summer recess to help you keep a momentum of learning as you quickly build knowledge and skills. Classes are typically held from 8 am to 5 pm every other Friday and Saturday. The program begins with a week-long residency, called the Leadership Challenge. The program also typically includes an 11-day international trip. The trip (excluding airfare and some meals) is included in the program cost, as well as all textbooks, meals, lodging, parking, and special social events.

Learning Environment

A class size ranging from 18 to 25 students assures diversity and engenders close coaching and mentoring by faculty members. Participants bring their knowledge from diverse business backgrounds such as health care, engineering, agriculture, education, law, insurance, government, social service, and others. Each EMBA class matriculates through the program as a group, or cohort. Within that cohort, smaller study groups of 5 to 6 participants are formed for group project work and team building skills. Connections developed between study groups create informal networking opportunities and, in many cases, lasting friendships.
