What’s your favorite animal? Throughout our week together, we’ll discover many amazing facts about animals all over the world. Where do they live? What do they eat? What do they do all day? We will study different regions, environments, and habitats from forests and wetlands to deserts an grasslands. Students will investigate the basic characteristics of these environments and discover the unique features of the animals who live there. Come to class ready to build a model habitat for your favorite wild animal!
10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Get Curious

Join us for a week-long exploration of the world that will keep our young learners curious.Students will delight in exploring with Curious George various topics like the moon, robots, dinosaurs, the ocean, mixing colors, air patterns, and more. So come along and get curious as we create, discover, and have a blast in this exciting class through hands-on learning activities.

Class 1103 (Bridget Kelly)
There is much more to Dr. Seuss than Cat in the Hat! Get excited about Oh, the Places You’ll Go when we construct parachutes and mazes. Ask yourself, If I Ran the Zoo, what would your animals look like? With Hop on Pop, we will experiment with rhyme and how you can make a bouncy ball bouncy. Of course, we need to create Oobleck and maybe some other slimy solutions to make Bartholomew proud. Put your red and white striped hats on and together we will create, read, perform, draw, and experiment with all things Seuss.
