As an ARA, you will have the opportunity to build leadership skills, nurture community and develop skills that will be transferable long beyond your years on the Hilltop. We are looking for individuals who are committed to building community, developing inclusive environments and serving as a resource for their fellow classmates. We are excited that you are interested in our process.
In order to apply for this position, you must currently have a GPA of 2.5. First semester freshman and transfer students that do not have a cumulative GPA will be allowed to apply and go through the interview process, but must have a cumulative GPA at the completion of their first semester in order to be hired.
Every ARA applicant must have a current or previous employer, college professor or high school teacher submit a completed reference form. Please contact the residential living office firstname.lastname@example.org this is an issue for you. This reference formis due by March 20, 2018.
