Assistant Resident Advisor
Thank you for your interest in being an Assistant Resident Advisor (ARA) at Bradley University. Our Residential Living and Student Conduct Department is now accepting Assistant Resident Advisor applications for Fall 2021.
ARA application deadline has been extended to 4 pm, Friday, March 12, 2021.
We have a great tradition of excellence in our residence halls. Assistant Resident Advisors are an essential part of the on-campus experience and our Residential Living team. As an ARA, you will have the opportunity to build leadership skills, nurture a community of Braves, and develop skills that will be transferable long beyond your years on the Hilltop. We are looking for individuals who are committed to building community, developing inclusive environments, and serving as a resource for their fellow students. We are excited that you are interested in our selection process.
Our ARA candidate process consists of completing an ARA application and an employer reference from. Following the submission of your application and reference form, you will be asked to schedule the Structured Interview with a pair of the Hall Directors. This will take place April 5th to May 4th by appointment.
Every ARA applicant must have a current or previous employer, college professor or high school teacher submit a completed reference form.
You will send the URL to the person completing the reference form for you. Please submit your reference form by March 19, 2021
