Biography
Dr. Roberts has been at Bradley University since 1993. Her clinical, teaching, and research interests lie at the interface of clinical psychology and organizational behavior.
Teaching
Dr. Roberts teaches Abnormal Psychology, Child Psychopathology, Clinical Psychology, Tests and Measurement, and Positive Psychology. She also coordinates the psychology practicum for undergraduate students and is the instructor for the Health and Child sections. Her favorite teaching activity is academic advising and helping students find their best career directions.
Scholarship
Dr. Roberts’ research focuses on individual and community interventions. Her current research interests include:
- training, mentoring, coaching, and therapeutic relationships, and
- the dynamics of leader selection and development programs in organizations.
Service
Dr. Roberts is licensed as a psychologist in the State of Illinois. She is a member of the Clinical faculty, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
