Virnette House-Browning has been at Bradley since 1996, currently serving as the Interim Director of Athletics. In this capacity, she is responsible for the oversight of the University’s intercollegiate athletics program. She has served on community and advisory boards and recently completed a two-year term as chair of the Children’s Home Board of Trustees, she also serves on the board of the Tri-County Urban League and the IHSA Boys Basketball Tournament Steering Committee. On the national front, she is a member of the NCAA Minority Opportunities and Interest Committee. Ms. House-Browning graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1987 with a bachelor of science in biology and received a master’s of arts degree, specializing in college student personnel, in 1990. She and her husband Brad, have a daughter, Aidan Cassie.
