The Bradley University Wellness Program offers current and accurate health information and programming on alcohol and other drug use, sexual health, physical and mental wellness, violence prevention, and other areas of student well being. The Wellness Program promotes smart and healthy behavioral choices for students by collaborating within the university, out in the community, and nationwide.
Wellness combines eight dimensions of well-being into a quality way of living. Wellness is the ability to live life to the fullest and to maximize personal potential in a variety of ways. Wellness places responsibility on the individual; it becomes a matter of self-evaluation and self-assessment. As a department we strive to provide resources that fall within the 8 dimensions of wellness.
