Collaborating with the Smith Career Center (SCC)

The Smith Career Center connects employers with Bradley University students through impactful resources and a dedicated team. Whatever your organization’s needs are, the SCC ensures that the next generation of leaders and innovators are ready to help.

Post a Job or Internship

Bradley utilizes Bradley netWORK, powered by 12Twenty, to post jobs and help employers hire students who have the experience and/or qualifications the employer deems most beneficial to their organization. Employers should sign up for a Bradley netWORK account. After this step is complete, you can post the jobs/positions your company has available at that time. Our students are able to search and apply for any jobs or internships which peak their interest.

Posting jobs and internships in Bradley netWORK connects your organization directly with Bradley students and recent graduates. The platform increases campus visibility while streamlining recruiting through a centralized system for posting positions and managing applicants.

If you have any questions or issues with Bradley netWORK, please contact the Smith Career Center via email or by calling (309) 677-2510.

Technical issues with Bradley netWORK will need to be addressed by 12twenty Support via email. Additional information is available through 12twenty Academy.

How to Become a Partner

We will work with your organization to aid your recruiting efforts. Different resources and opportunities can be utilized as part of your brand recognition strategy at Bradley.

Our Sponsorship levels let you choose what best supports your company’s needs. Gain recognition through prime table locations at job fairs, additional promotion on our website and other marketing materials, increased exposure when attached to events and resources.  Approximately 10-15% of the employers at our Job & Internship Fairs are recognized as sponsors.

Gold Level – $4,000 – receive ongoing exposure/engagement throughout the academic year, and includes registration at both of our all-majors Job & Internship Fairs.

Silver Level – $2,500 – similar to the Gold level, but more suitable if your recruiting efforts are focused on only one semester/season, includes registration for one all-majors Job & Internship Fair.

Bronze Level – $1,750 – help your organization be recognized at our event; this level of support will attach your brand/logo to a service, product, or station directly tied to the Job & Internship Fair.

Red Level – $800 – be highlighted as a Sponsor on all marketing and promotional pieces and placed in a prime table location at the Fair.
