Bradley University Senior Joseph Kenneth Traskaski Honored as Lincoln Academy Student Laureate

Bradley University is proud to announce that Joseph Kenneth Traskaski, a senior known for his dedication to academic and extracurricular excellence, has been named a Student Laureate by The Lincoln Academy of Illinois.
Traskaski, a Management and Leadership and Marketing double major from Vernon Hills, IL, is among a select group of seniors chosen from four-year, degree-granting colleges and universities across the state to receive this prestigious honor, which celebrates the highest levels of civic engagement, scholarship, and leadership.
The Lincoln Academy Student Laureate program, now in its 51st year, recognizes outstanding senior students who have demonstrated remarkable achievements in both their curricular and extracurricular pursuits.
As a Student Laureate, Traskaski has received the Abraham Lincoln Civic Engagement Award certificate, a Lincoln medallion, a commemorative challenge coin, and a $1,000 grant from The Lincoln Academy.
“Joseph truly reflects what it means to be a Bradley student—driven, engaged, and committed to creating positive change,” said Dr. Dan Moon, Interim Provost at Bradley University. “His recognition as a Lincoln Academy Student Laureate is a well-deserved honor, and we’re proud to see the difference he’s making both on campus and beyond.”
