Bradley University has been named to the Military Times’ 2025 Best for Vets: Colleges list, the nation’s most comprehensive ranking of institutions dedicated to advancing the academic and personal success of military-affiliated students. The recognition places Bradley among 357 colleges and universities nationwide honored for their robust support programs, academic quality, and proven outcomes for veterans, marking the largest field in the program’s 15-year history.

“Bradley is proud to be recognized once again as a place where veterans and military-connected students can excel,” said President James Shadid. “These students bring extraordinary leadership, discipline, and lived experience to our campus, and we are committed to ensuring they have the resources, community, and opportunities needed to succeed.”

Military Times analyzes an extensive survey of colleges across the country and evaluates institutions based on academic rigor, veteran-focused support services, affordability, and student outcomes, including retention and graduation rates among military-affiliated learners.

This year’s ranking reflects industry-wide growth, with increasing participation from both public and private institutions and an expansion of flexible program options tailored to the needs of active-duty and working students.
