Bradley University’s Information Technology (IT) Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to applying best practices and tools that promote collaboration, standardization, and efficiency in project management. We strive to identify, prioritize, plan, and successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives that are aligned with the goals and educational vision of the University.

The PMO ensures consistent project management practices and excellence in technology project delivery by:

Providing a standard methodology and leveraging industry best practices.
Optimizing resource utilization, improving stakeholder communication, and mitigating risk.
Offering templates and tools for a consistent, repeatable approach.
Leading, coaching, and supporting project teams.
Coordinating and monitoring implementation activities.
Collecting, organizing, and reporting on IT project data.
Serving as a source of project management leadership and expertise.
Approaching each unique project with flexibility and collaboration.
