Why is Bradley renovating Harper Hall?
This project modernizes aging facilities, improves the residential experience, and better aligns campus housing with what today’s students expect. That means more privacy, modern amenities, and spaces designed for wellness and community.
When will the renovation be complete?
The project is being completed in two phases. Phase 1 is expected to be complete by Fall 2027, with the full renovation finished by Fall 2028.
What will the renovated Harper Hall look like?
Harper Hall will include dedicated study lounges, quiet decompression rooms, collaboration spaces, private lounges, and commons areas — creating smaller, connected communities within the larger residence hall.
Will there be new outdoor spaces as part of this project?
Yes. The renovation plan includes the creation of new outdoor spaces designed to support student wellness, community, and informal gathering.
