Bradley University and Contra Costa Community College District Establish Transfer Partnership

September 4, 2026

Bradley University and the Contra Costa Community College District (CCCCD) in California have created a new transfer pathway for international students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees at Bradley.

The agreement connects Bradley with CCCCD’s three colleges, Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College and Los Medanos College, and is designed to provide qualified international students with a seamless transfer experience, including guaranteed admission and scholarship opportunities.

Under the agreement, eligible international students who complete an associate degree, an Associate Degree for Transfer, or at least 60 units of coursework at a CCCCD institution may transfer to Bradley to pursue bachelor’s degrees.

Bradley and CCCCD will collaborate to help students transition efficiently into their chosen academic programs. The agreement supports both institutions’ shared goal of increasing educational access and creating pathways that help students achieve their academic and professional aspirations.

“This partnership reflects Bradley University’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities for students around the world,” said Dr. Angie Cooksy, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications at Bradley University. “By creating a clear and supportive pathway from the Contra Costa Community College District to Bradley, we are helping talented international students continue their academic journeys with confidence while becoming part of a campus community dedicated to their success.”

Students participating in the program must meet Bradley’s admission requirements. Qualified students will be eligible for guaranteed admission consideration and transfer scholarship opportunities.
