I. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to document the permitted storage locations for data and information related to the business of Bradley University.

II. Description

Data related to the business of Bradley University MUST be stored on Bradley-owned devices, Bradley-authorized cloud storage, or Bradley employee-owned devices when used for Bradley-related work (e.g. mobile phones). Data centers and cloud storage storing Bradley data MUST be physically located in the United States.

III. Scope

This policy pertains to all devices, physical storage, and cloud storage containing Bradley University data.
