The Department of Communication congratulates the winners of the 2011 EBELING-PR-ize for Public Relations.

The 2011 winning PR project, entitled “Connect and Project:  Cyber Security for Seniors”, linked the For-profit client, Web Tech Services, Inc., with Nonprofit client, RSVP (Retired and Senior Volunteers).

The EBELING PR-ize competition was created and continues to be endorsed by Department of Communication alumni, Chuck Ebeling, ’66.  The competition brings a “real world” center of excellence to the Department of Communication senior public relations students through the semester long campaign that culminates in a formal business presentation. The winning team selected as the best of the semester is awarded the EBELING PR-ize for their outstanding campaign project.
