A Fiction Reading by the Novelist Caitlin Horrocks

Author Caitlin Horrocks will be at Bradley University’s Cullom-Davis Library to meet with students and to give a public reading on Wednesday, November 13.

Caitlin Horrocks, the author of the novel The Vexations and the story collection This Is Not Your City, will be at Bradley University’s Cullom-Davis Library to meet with students and to give a public reading on Wednesday, November 13, at 7 p.m. in the Wyckoff room.

Ms. Horrocks has published her work in journals such as The New Yorker and Paris Review. Her debut novel, The Vexations, has received rave reviews in The New York Times, National Public Radio’s Morning Edition and elsewhere for her portrayal of the life of the French composer Erik Satie. The highly respected writer Lauren Groff called it “a masterful, profound, sensitive, deeply immersive novel.”
