Biology students receive research funding
Beta Beta Beta national biological honor society students receive awards totaling $3,175

For the third straight year, a group of Beta Beta Beta national biological honor society students successfully formulated undergraduate research proposals. Their efforts resulted in all six proposals receiving Tri Beta Awards totaling $3,175. Congratulations to seniors Sarah Keshwani, Emily Soltis, Tim Fernandez, Lexi Gazda, Sarah Flury, Alyssa King and Nicole Broden, junior Kelsie Smith, and Biology Department research mentors Dr. Jennifer Jost, Dr. Keith Johnson and Dr. Melinda Faulkner. This marks the second year in a row that Keshwani, Soltis, King and Broden have received Tri Beta awards.
