The Bradley University Chorale Holiday Concert will feature a Christmas cantata for voices and chamber orchestra by one of J. S. Bach’s predecessors, Johann Kuhnau, and “To St. Cecelia,” a cantata for brass choir and voices by Norman Dello Joio. Other composers featured are Jan Sweelinck, Morten Lauridsen, Joaquin Nin-Culmell, and John Rutter.
The Bradley Chamber Singers will present a set of lesser-known European carols. The concert is directed by Dr. John Jost.
