The Bradley Speech Team proudly hosts the 64th annual L.E. Norton Memorial Tournament on November 5 and 6, 2011.
This tournament is a tribute to our program’s founder and inspiration, Dr. L.E. Norton. A forensics visionary, Dr. Norton established our tradition of excellence as well as shaping competitive forensics as we know it today. Pictured are Dr. Ed Lamoureux and Mrs. L. E. Norton.
Fifty-one teams will be attending this year, from 21 different states. Over 500 students and judges are entered.
Dan Smith, Director of Forensics state, “In many ways, the tournament that a program runs is a direct reflection of its philosophy and traditions. Our team does an excellent job in paying tribute to Dr. Norton through this weekend, and it is gratifying to see so many of our peers and colleagues choosing to do the same.”
