Bradley University’s Delta Upsilon Fraternity Receives National Recognition

July 28, 2025
Bradley’s Delta Upsilon fraternity has been named a 2025 Sweepstakes Award Winner, which recognizes top chapters across North America. The Sweepstakes Award is Delta Upsilon International Fraternity’s top honor.
Criteria for this achievement includes academic excellence, member development, alumni engagement, community impact, recruitment, associate member education, and health and safety. Chapters are assessed based on their performance throughout the academic year. Bradley’s DU chapter is one of five chapters being recognized.
“This is a remarkable achievement, and we’re proud of the leadership Bradley’s Delta Upsilon Chapter has put in to uphold not only DU’s high standards, but also Bradley’s commitment to leadership, character, and community. Being named a 2025 Sweepstakes award winner is a testament to their hard work, integrity, and the positive impact they continue to make on our campus and in the community,” said Bradley’s Vice President of Student Affairs, Nathan Thomas.
Bradley’s Delta Upsilon chapter was recognized at the 2025 Delta Upsilon Leadership Institute in Louisville, Ky., July 25-27. (Pictured above, left to right: Sean Dusak, ’28, Padraig Murnin, ’28, Bill Bittner, ’74, Luke Young, ’28, Ethan Miller, ’27, Jon Custis, ’02)
