From Interns to Full-Time Employees at CMT
Two Civil Engineering alumni stepped into full-time roles after interning for the company as students.
Connor Finney ’23 and Ethan Sountris ’26, interned at at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT), a nationally recognized engineering firm with more than 25 offices around the country, while studying civil engineering at Bradley. Both grads, who are also fraternity brothers and friends, are now employed full time at the company and were recently featured in a Q&A on the firm’s website.
