Classical guitarist Michael Hull will direct the Bradley University Guitar Ensemble in a program that features the works of several living composers on Sunday, May 4, at 7:30 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center on campus. Admission is free and open to the public.
The program will include the work of Czech composer/guitarist Stepan Rak, Decatur-based composer David Burdick, Sir Paul McCartney and much more. The six-member Bradley Guitar Quartet, featured soloists and a larger group with guests artists will perform. The quartet will commemorate the arrival of the Beatles to the United States some fifty years ago with an arrangement of Eleanor Rigby.
