Research by Bradley hospitality leadership students received honors at the annual International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators (ISTTE) conference October 22-24, 2014, in St. Louis.
Abby Craft ’16, of Peoria, and Carolyn Stewart ’17, of Chesterfield, Missouri, presented posters of their research, with Craft winning the conference’s best poster award. Craft’s poster, “Motivations and Barriers of Volunteering at Special Events of College Students,” is part of her ongoing research of Bradley students’ volunteer behaviors. Stewart’s poster covered factors affecting the fear of trying new foods.
