LaHood Shares Experiences to Inspire Students
Former Congressman Ray LaHood guest lectures at Bradley sharing his experiences from a 36 year career in public service.

Former Congressman and U.S. Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood shared his experiences from his 36-year career in public service with students at Bradley University this week.
He spoke to several classes on a variety of topics including engineering, social studies education, political science and ethics and integrity. He also discussed his experiences working with presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, and how a strong infrastructure can boost our economy.
LaHood, a 1971 graduate of Bradley, serves as an Honorary Senior Distinguished Fellow with the Institute for Principled Leadership in Public Service and returns annually to campus to meet with students.
