Move Out Options

We have heard and respect the strong arguments, on both sides, regarding allowing move outs to occur this weekend. As a result, we write to provide some clarity regarding your choices for move-out.

If you wish to move-out of the residence halls Thursday – Monday, please adhere to all CDC guidelines related to social distancing. Be respectful and courteous to others during this stressful time. As we work through the financial adjustments on room and board, you will receive those adjustments.

If you do not wish to move your items out of the residence halls Thursday – Monday, we also respect that decision. We will schedule alternative move out times in the future. We ask for your patience and courtesy as we develop systems to provide those alternatives. If you leave items in your room (and are not residing in your room), you will receive the same financial adjustments as those who completely move out.
