National Eating Disorder Awareness Week

To celebrate National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, the Body Project at Bradley University is hosting an awareness event in the Michel Student Center on Campus Wednesday, February 28 from 12-2 p.m.

With 20% of college students admitting they have or previously have had an eating disorder, this issue is a major focus on campuses nationwide. To celebrate National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, the Body Project at Bradley University is hosting an awareness event in the Michel Student Center on Campus Wednesday, February 28 from 12-2 p.m. Representatives will be passing out free hot chocolate and information as well as doing activities to spread awareness about eating disorders.

National surveys estimate that 20 million women and 10 million men in American will have an eating disorder at some point in their lives.
