November Business and Engineering Complex Update

Even with the sudden change in weather and the cold temperatures that hit us, there is substantial progress being made on our construction project.

Here are some of the major accomplishments achieved within the past 30 days:

The installation of the roof and multiple window units on the east side of the building.
Continued pouring of concrete decks on the west side of the building.
Installation of initial beams that connect the east and west sides of the building.
Installation of the limestone veneer along the east side of the building.

These are some of the anticipated major accomplishments for the next 30 days:

Continued installation of windows and exterior walls throughout the entire building.
Continued pouring of concrete decks on the west side of the building.
Installation of the limestone veneer along the north and south facades.
Terracotta sub-framing installation will begin on the east side of the building.
Continued installation of steel beams that will connect the east and west sides of the building.

On Monday, December 10 at approximately 3:00 p.m. we will hold a topping off ceremony as crews put the final beam in place atop the project. You are invited to join us for the brief ceremony if your schedule allows.
