Nursing Professor Receives State Award
Assistant Professor of Nursing, Amy Grugan, has received the Illinois Nurse Educator Fellowship award.

Assistant Professor of Nursing at Bradley, Amy Grugan, has received the Illinois Nurse Educator Fellowship award. The fellowship program aims to ensure the retention of well qualified nursing faculty by supplementing nursing faculty salaries. Grugan is one of 22 recipients who will receive $10,000 as an incentive to retain qualified faculty at Illinois institutions of higher learning.
Department Chair & Associate Professor of Nursing at Bradley, Cindy Brubaker, says “The purpose of the award is to recognize excellent nursing educators and maintain them in the nursing education profession. We are proud that Amy has chosen to share her passion for nursing with students at Bradley University.”
