Prestigious Art Residency in Park City, Utah

Heather Brammeier, Associate Professor of Art at Bradley, competed a studio fellowship in Park City, Utah, through Spiro Arts.  Spiro Arts is a nonprofit organization “committed to changing the lives of artists, musicians, and writers while serving the greater community in Park City and the surrounding areas,” during a six-week residency during the summer.

Additionally, Brammeier is sharing photos of two fabric collages, titled Things Fall Together, commissioned for the foyer of Riverside Community Church in Peoria.  These shaped canvases were designed to convey a sense of connectedness across boundaries and togetherness in the midst of a chaotic world.
