Season ticket holders for Bradley men’s basketball are helping local nonprofits enjoy the game by turning in their unused tickets.
Those who have tickets and are not able to attend a game, can turn in their tickets to the Athletics Department and staff will distribute them to area nonprofits. The “Ticket Turn-In” program started this season and so far tickets have been given to Crittenton Centers, District 150, CASA, Children’s Home, Peoria Police Young Explorers and others.
Brooke Buzard, Director of Marketing and New Media in Athletics, says this new initiative is going well so far. “We are seeing a few tickets coming in, but with many of our season ticket holders heading to warmer climates during the winter we hope we will see even more turn-ins.” Buzard says this is a great way to provide an opportunity to those who might not otherwise be able to attend a game.
Ticket holders can turn in their physical tickets (up to four hours prior to the game) at the ticket office at Renaissance Coliseum or email their information to the Bradley Ticket Office a [email protected] or call 677-2625 and Bradley will re-print tickets for distribution. Nonprofit organizations interested in being added to the recipient list should email Buzard at [email protected] or call 677-4659.
