Two Bradley Faculty Named “Inspiring Nursing Professors to Watch”

Dr. Mohammad Alasagheirin and Theresa Adelman-Mullally, assistant professors of nursing, were recently named “100 Inspiring Nursing Professors to Watch in 2014” by industry blog OnlineLPNtoRN.com.

“We think notable experience and continued success as nursing educators make Mohammad Alasagheirin, Assistant Professor of Nursing and Theresa Adelman-Mullally, Assistant Professor of Nursing excellent role models for nursing students,” said blog editor Meredith Neally. “Nursing can be an incredibly rewarding field, but it can also be highly competitive. Even the most driven nursing students need inspiring role models as a reminder of what they can achieve through continued learning and dedication in the nursing field.’

Alasagheirin has researched refugee and new immigrant health concerns in addition to children’s physical activity and bone growth.

Adelman-Mullally has a background in emergency nursing, with service in the U.S. Army Nurse Corp.
