Bethany Prina

Bradley University 2008 Succession Planning Consultant Caterpillar Global Supply Network

Bethany Prina is a 2008 graduate of
Bradley University, with a bachelor’s
degree in Communication-Advertising and
a minor in Marketing. She was hired into the Human Resources Professional Development program at Caterpillar. She has since followed a broad HR/communications professional career path at CAT ranging from compensation & benefits, recruiting, shared services deployment, compliance consulting, employee communications, mergers and acquisitions, cultural assessment, and succession planning. Bethany also spends time mentoring new hires into the HR field, assisting in campus recruiting efforts, and speaking at area schools about career preparation. Bethany currently resides in Washington, Illinois, with her husband, Jerry, and two daughters, Brylie and Brielle.
