Wiz Khalifa to Perform at Bradley
Billboard Music Award winning and five time Grammy nominee Wiz Khalifa will perform at Bradley University on November 14.

The Activities Council of Bradley University (ACBU) is excited to announce that the Billboard Music Award winning and five time Grammy nominee Wiz Khalifa will perform on Friday, November 14, at 9 p.m. at the Renaissance Coliseum at Bradley University.
Bradley students may purchase tickets starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, September 29, at the Coliseum ticket office. Tickets will be $10 through October 17 and $15 beginning October 20. The pit in front of the stage will be open only to current Bradley students. Beginning October 2, faculty and staff may purchase tickets for $20 at the Coliseum ticket office. Faculty may purchase up to 4 tickets per ID and must purchase tickets from the ticket office to receive the discount. Tickets will go on sale to the public for $30 starting October 6 at 9 a.m. online and at any Ticketmaster location.
The concert will start at 9 p.m. with an opener to be determined at a later date. Doors to the Coliseum will open at 8 p.m. Students will not be allowed entry to the concert without a valid Bradley University ID.
Wiz Khalifa lit up the hip-hop universe with his 2011 Rostrum/Atlantic debut album, “ROLLING PAPERS,” highlighted by the 4x platinum-certified #1 single, “Black and Yellow,” the 2x platinum-certified hit “Roll Up,” and the platinum-certified “No Sleep.” “O.N.I.F.C.” made an incredible chart debut upon its release in 2012, arriving at #1 on Billboard’s “Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums” and “Top Rap Albums” charts, not to mention coming in at #2 on the overall SoundScan/Billboard 200.
In the last month Wiz Khalifa has made a spectacular chart debut with his acclaimed new album. “BlACC HOLLYWOOD” which, arrived at #1 on the Billboard 200 with sales in excess of 90,000. Hit singles on the Album include “We Dem Boyz” and “KK.”
In addition to his massive popular success, Wiz has earned a career total of five GRAMMY® nominations, including nods for such blockbuster tracks as the chart-topping “Black and Yellow” and 2012’s RIAA gold-certified “Remember You (Feat. The Weeknd).” Other nominated tracks include 2011’s “Young, Wild & Free (Feat. Bruno Mars),” Wiz’s 3x platinum-certified, top 10 smash partnership with Snoop Dogg (featured on their 2011 collaborative soundtrack, “MAC & DEVIN GO TO HIGH SCHOOL”), and Maroon 5’s 2012 worldwide hit, “Payphone (Feat. ACBU, the premier student programming board at Bradley University, brings live entertainment to campus, including musicians, comedians and lecturers; the organization’s signature events include Homecoming, Siblings Weekend, Spring Fling and the ACBU Cinema campus movie series. Ten student-run committees are responsible for the coordination of all performances, events and activities.
